Pam Rice is a born artist and has always known what she wanted to be, a designer, like her father. Very early on, she decided to pursue a career in visual communications. Majoring in Advertising Design and Visual communications at SAIC and Columbia, she began her career while still in school.
Currently, Rice is an award-winning free-lance designer for advertising agencies and corporate clients in the Chicago area. But 'fine art' is a deep and abiding passion. Since returning to painting in '06, after 30 years, Pam has had works in four galleries, had three one-woman shows, and has published two books.
